BEACHES
Barefoot in the sand
AREAL BEACH
Beach with an urbanized environment, calm waters, white and fine sand, ideal for the practice of nautical sports. On the other side of the Xundeirama river outlet, there is the Santo Antonio beach. This one and the south zone of the Areos beach are the only ones where we can visit with your pet. Medium-high summer occupancy.

BEACH SANTO ANTONIO
〰
ILLA BEACH - A LAXE
Just a few metres from the Lombiña-Cabío beach, on the south side, this rich and fertile sandy area is protected by a leafy pine nut grove. It is a family beach. High summer occupancy.
〰
LOMBIÑA BEACH - CABIO
It is the best beach equipped with a service area: parking areas, first aid post, picnic area, restaurants and nautical activities companies among others. It is a sheltered area with calm waters and white sand. It stands out for its ditch-shaped cove and its promenade, with beautiful views over the Arousa estuary. High summer occupancy.
〰
BARCA BEACH
Facing the north, and separated from the Lombiña-Cabío beach by a rocky area, it reaches the Barca beach which due to its proximity, shares the same services as the former. Ideal for families. High summer occupancy.
〰
CORNA BEACH
This is the largest area of the municipality (1500 m approx.) and without a doubt, one of the most pristine areas, because it preserves its dune ridges with their own connection to the coastal ecosystems and has the most basic services (cleaning and accessibility). The beach is less sheltered than the others, but it is quietly wavy. Average summer occupancy.

Other beaches
If you prefer small and solitary beaches, in Pobra do Caramiñal we have several to choose from, but they are all in their natural state and have only the most basic services (cleaning and accessibility).
NIÑEIRIÑOS AND AGRONOVO COVES
Located in the parish of Xobre, they are the only naturalistic beaches of Pobra do Caramiñal.
In the parish of Santo Isidoro, you can visit the beaches of Ribeiriña, Mercé, Cons-Raposiños and the small beach of San Lázaro, all of them are accessible through paths and protected by trees.
